Lucy Neville-Rolfe, Baroness Neville-Rolfe

Dame Lucy Jeanne Neville-Rolfe, Baroness Neville-Rolfe, Lady Packer, DBE CMG (born 2 January 1953) is a British Conservative politician and Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and Minister for Intellectual Property. She previously worked at Tesco PLC (1997-2013), serving on the Board of Directors from 2006. Neville-Rolfe is a former senior Civil Servant having served in the Ministry for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1973-92) and the Prime Minister's Policy Unit at Number 10 (1992-94).
==Early life==
Neville-Rolfe was born at Wardour, Wiltshire, where she lived on a farm with her parents and four siblings. She attended Catholic convent schools before going up to read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Somerville College, Oxford.
